First!

Hi there and welcome to my newest venture!  I've tried blogging a few times before but haven't really stuck to it for any length of time.  Now that I'm in a better head space I've decided to give it another go.

I've always enjoyed writing but have struggled to find a subject that I wanted to write about.  I started Slimming World just under a year ago and while I've been losing weight and enjoying the food, I've found myself getting into a bit of a rut while cooking.  I had the idea that if I started blogging about what I was cooking I might start branching out a bit.  After all I'm guessing people wouldn't want to read about how I made chilli three weeks on the run!

For now I'll keep this as a quick entry; I'll put more up on Monday (hopefully) and will feature what I ate over the weekend!
